Show MR. FOOTBALL HAS BALL IN ACTION AT M. H. S. By RUTH SCOTTORN Activity on the football field started with a bang Monday down at MHS. Kinda looks like Mr. Football is ready to give the Fans some good entertainment. He wouldn't commit himself to any sort of a guess about the outcome of the season, but he wasn't crying. Here is the schedule for Millard Eagles this fall. Cedar City at Millard, Sept. 12 Granger at Millard, Sept. 19 Bingham at Millard, Sept. 25, all of the above are practice games with League play beginning Oct. 1, when Millard will host Delta; Oct. 10, Millard goes to Richfield; Oct. 16, Millard at North Sanpete, Oct. 24, Juab at Millard, and Oct. 31, Wasatch at Millard. This year quarter finals will be played in this region and we hope that Millard will play there, also in the semifinals, then we can all plan a trip to Ute Stadium for a championship game again. |
