Show November 27, 1933 ABIGAIL Page 11 OVER THE HICCUPS With Abigail Our nursie, dear, has a little white cap; It tilts at an agle of ninety degrees; Oh, the boys stand in awe, give a sigh of relief As the cap stays upright in the breeze. Whattawoman our nurse. Why, even Sid Gordon got the cold-shoulder when she took his pulse, and he calmly remarked that his heart didn't normally beat so fast. Did she freeze him! Since Elma Skelton and Harriet Robison have been in training they are becoming quite adept at the art of cradle snatching. Watch your step, you frosh! Dick Broadbcnt says she never goes anywhere or does anything different. That pathetic remark completely disillusions Abigail about that Phil Ogden guy. Brunette, medium height and weight, twenty-one, white, and free, with some wealth preferred? Rather a large' order, but we'll drop Santa Claus a line for you. Abigail's vote for campus sweetheart goes to Beth Francis. Although all Fatum and a few others claim her, a little bird no it wasn't a Loon told me that her heart lies far, far away in the Utc's wigwam. When questioned concerning his various friendships around school, Don Banks mutters in his beard, "purely Platonic!" Well, after all "We sat and shivered in the park We. watched the moon above You said that it was passion, but I knew that it was damn cold!!" That is all for today, my fran!
