Show British Flag Must Waive Over All South A frica. Herbert Gladstone, son of the late William E. Gladstone and member of parliament for West Leeds, declares that nearly all the Liberals have agreed in regard to the settlement of the South African question, that it was the duty of the government to make recurrence of the war impossible impossi-ble and show the world that British power in South Africa was predominant predomi-nant and that the British flag must waive over the whole of South Africa. |
