Show upon which a very limited supply of snow has fallen the past winter, is very small, with prospects of its daily decrease de-crease as the weather grows warmer. District schools closed two weeks ago. The teacher, Miss Crosby, seems to have found much favor with the pupils, and has given general satisfaction. As there is no M. I. organization for young people here, the teacher organized a Literary Association for young people from ten years old upwards, which was held weekly duirng the winter ,and was very well attended. Songs, readings, recitations, and short lectures filled up the time, and the young people regret its discontinuance. iiAKiii'siu i;;. Sur.dav school and Primary organizations organiz-ations are held regularly and are Weil attended by the smaller children, and by a few of the lat"rer.
