Show COUNTY COURT. Regular session, held April 3, l-s09. Present Chairman Andrus, Coins. J op-son op-son and Frei. Minutes of previous meeting read and approved. Matter of petition of residents of Enterprise, asking for the creation of a new school district out of the Hamblin district and eastern part of Hebron district brought up and considered, and an Ordinance passeg raii'io their petition. Matter of petitions in relation to Fence Law, laid over at last session, called up, and clerk stated that he had received a petition from Pine Valley in favor of Fence Law, and also protests from Washington, and Bloomington which were read and fully considered. Action was deferred until session to be held in June 1900, Petition of residents of Springdale, asking for an e-xtention of their Road District a distance of about three quarters quar-ters of a mile above where the line now is read and petition granted. Bills of Jno. R. Wallis. amounting to $16.00 for printing, allowed. j Bill of Skclton & Co., $2.00 allowed. ! Bill of Xephi M. Savage for stationary, station-ary, etc., $1.20, atlowtd. 1 Bill of A. R. Whitehead & Sons for books, etc., $5.70 allowed. Claim of Iron county for tax due on transient stock assessed in that county i in 1898, amounting to $19.48, allowed. ; Bill of County Clerk, $9,85, for stationary, fuel, etc , allowed. George Jarvis was appointed fruit tree inspector for Washington county. Petition of residents of Leeds precinct pre-cinct praying that some relief b.e granted for the care and support of Jane A. Smith, an invalid and indigent person residing at Harrisburg, presented, pre-sented, and $5.00 appropriated for that purpose. Petition of members of Washington County Fair committee, asking the commissioners to appropriate the sum of $50.00 to assist in defraying the expenses ex-penses of the Fair presented and granted. Bill of Agnes E. Thompson for services serv-ices as quarantine physican of $8.50, mileage $6.00, services $2.50, presented, and the amount of mileage reduced to $1.00, being 20c per mile one way, and the amount of $3.50 appropriated. Bill of Francis L Daggett for revising revis-ing county maps for use of assessor, $5.00, allowed. Petition of residents of Toquerville, asking that the road north of Toquerville Toquer-ville be changed and that the sum of 125.00 or so much thereof as may be necessary be appropriated for that purpose. pur-pose. The sum of $60.00 was appropriated. appropri-ated. The matter of a family by the name of Carter that had come here from Kanab was brought up by Com. Andrus. And-rus. They were shown to be in destitute des-titute circumstances, and $10.00 in Tithing Scrip was appropriated for their relief.
