| Show TO WATER USERS state engineers office salt lake city utah june 9 1920 notice Is hereby given that saint george city corporation baa made application in accordance with the re of the complied laws ot utah 1917 as amended by the sea slon laws of utah 1919 to appropriate alva hundred BOO acre feet of water from the gulch faeh and the yellow knowls wash in washington county from gulch wash the water la to be diverted at point which lies tt north and 1576 ft east from the northwest corner ot sec 17 township 41 south rang 15 west salt lake base and meridian and conveyed 2500 t in a ditch x and discharged into the yellow knowls wash from which wash the commingled ater will be diverted at a point tt north and ft west from the wa corner of sec 29 in said township and range and conveyed tt in a canal to the reservoir which is embraced in the SW ses 5 and ESE sec 6 T 42 S R 15 W where it Is to be stored whenever available during the entire year the center of the impounding dam ts to be located at a point tt north from the southwest corner ot said section 6 where the water will be released and conveyed in a ditch a distance of ft and there used from march 1 to december I 1 of each year to irrigate acres of land embraced in SE sec 19 SW sec 20 sec 29 and E sec 30 T 42 south range 16 west this application Is designated in the state engineers office as No all protests against the granting of said application stating the reasons must be made by affidavit in duplicate accompanied with a fee of 2 50 and filed in this office within thirty 30 days after the completion of the publication of this 1 l notice 0 P state engineer date ot first publication june 17 1920 ja of of ution july tsi W |
