WILL DISCUSS impounding OF COLORADO after years of 0 discussion regarding impounding the waters ot of the colorado for the benefit ot of the imperial valley and other sections sect ionis ot of california definite de finate action la Is forecasted in fix a conference which is to be held next month in either los angeles or san diego governor bamberger damberger Is invited to be at the meeting the letter inviting him was sent senj by arnold kruckman secretary of the league of the southwest states it la Is not known whether utah will be entitled to a voting delegate in the meeting but it is suggested in the letter of at invitation that it would be a well tor for a nonvoting non voting participant to be present even it if utah is not permitted to vote in this matter since utah furnishes the bulk of the water which it is sought to impound and store by the various irrigation com at whose behest the meeting is calisa called it Is probable that utah will be represented deseret news
