Gray were. her son Paul Gray, grandsons, Paul Gray Jr. and Paul LaMar Wilkin, son-in-law George Blaisdale, and Miss LuGene Gower of Cedar City. Paul Gray Jr., who is with the merchant marine, left after 4 days to rejoin his ship. Paul LaMar Wilkin left Monday to report to Caltech at Pasadena, where he will receive special training. The News .received an announcement an-nouncement Tuesday of the birth-of birth-of a son to Lt. and Mrs. Grant H. Linford Oct. 26, at Long Beach, Calif. Mrs. Linford is the former LaZaun Jackson, and the boy has been named Melvin Jackson. Mr. and Mrs. E. "H. Whitney and children of Lafayette, Calif, were here last week to visit relatives rela-tives and attend the funeral services ser-vices for Edward Vernon Snow, brother of Mrs. Whitney. Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Larson and small son, Stephen, returned last week to their home in Venice, Calif, after visiting Mr. Larson's ' parents, Mr. and Mrs. Willard Larson and other relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Don Larson of Sunny Dell, Utah, who spent last week with their parents, returned home Monday. Mrs. Doyd Dennett received announcement an-nouncement Monday of the birth of a daughter Sunday, Oct. 28. to her children, Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow Dennett of Grantsville. Mrs. H. J. Neilson of Magna, who with her husband is wintering winter-ing in St. George, is visiting this week in Salt Lake City. Mrs. Lester Gubler is home I from San Jose, Calif, for an in-I in-I definite stay with her parents, ; Mr. and Mrs. L. H. Nazer, her husband, Petty Oficer 3,'C Gubler having been shipped to Hawaii.
