Show SANTA CLARA Miss Amanda Graff Reporter Those who spoke in our Sacrament Sacra-ment services last Sunday were Elmer Graff, president of Zion Park stake and his counselors, LaFell Iverson and Ivan Barrett; also Lewis Christian of St. George. Mr. and Mrs. Naye of Las Vegas were guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Beacham. They attended the- funeral of Mrs. Naye's father, Miner Laub. Mr. and Mrs. Louis Coulam and family of Salt Lake City are at the home of Mrs. Coulam's parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. George E. Tobler. Her mother, Mrs. Tobler is ill. Lester Wittwer made a business trip to Ely, Nev. The Dutchettes met Thursday afternoon in the Relief Society hall. They made a baby's layette for the Red Cross. They meet every other week t.o do Red Cross work. Mr. and Mrs. George Ence and family spent Sunday with his mother, Mrs. Lena Ence. Mr. Ence has employment at Boulder City. Shirl Stucki of Cedar City, who is in the service employed as an assistant dentists technician, was here on furlough from San Diego. Miss Jean Gubler was a guest at the home of Miss Rayma Frei last Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Archie Gubler and family returned home from Ogden and Salt Lake City where they have been visiting with her sister, Mrs. Alfred Larson and family. Mrs. Loreno Leavitt is in Cedar City with her daughter, Mrs. TTip-hpp and family. Mr. and Mrs. Loren Reber, Mrs. Adolph Hafen and Mrs. Ralph Chelf have returned from California Cali-fornia after visiting with Mrs. Horace McArthur and Mrs. Lorenzo Lor-enzo McGregor. Glendon Graff of Camp Roberts, Rob-erts, Calif., is here on furlough. Mrs. Joseph Graff left Monday for Las Vegas to be with her daughter, Mrs. Arlo Beatty and family. |
