Show HONOR FOR ENTERPRISE Washington, D. C, July 12. An essay by Florence Jackson, a pupil of Hawthorne School, Salt Lake City, entitled "Highway Safety Habits I Should Learn," has won first prize in the national safety essay contest, the Highway Education Board has announced an-nounced today. This pupil has been presented by the Board, through the Honorable C. N. Jensen, State Superintendent Super-intendent of Public Instruction, with a gold medal and a check for fifteen dollars, while her paper accordingly represents her State in competition for one of three national prizes; first, a gold watch and a trip to Washington; Washing-ton; second and third, gold watches. Second State prize was won by Armand Kelley, a pupil of Wasatch School, also of Salt Lake City, who likewise has been presented with a silver medal and a check for ten dollars. dol-lars.
