Parades, speaches, religious services ser-vices and business house closings are matters to be decided upon by local committees. However, we feel that undue boisterousness and frivolity would be distinctly an affront to the families of our fighting men still engaged in the battles of the Pacific. Complete Victory will be achieved when Tokyo falls, not Berlin. These views are in complete accord with the recently issued statements of the Department Commander of Utah and the National Nat-ional Adjutant of the American Legion. |
