Show Big Hand Cafe Continues Improvement Program As part of an improvement program pro-gram at the Big Hand Cafe, C. C. Wilcox, manager and co-owner with John E. Booth, of American Fork, announces that a new oil range with large double ovens, has recently been installed. This latest improvement is in addition to the installation of a new Surgex dish washing machine, ma-chine, the laying of hardwood maple floors in the kitchen, an asbestos tile floor covering in the dinner room and the redecorating of the cafe inside and out. In order to provide more room for the stove, it is the plan of Mr. Wilcox and his partner to increase the size of the kitchen until it will "be one of the cleanest clean-est and best cafe kitchens in the State of Utah", declares Mr. Wilcox.
