Show SPRINGDALE Irs. Arnold Kuesch Reporter Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Gifford and two small daughters of Salt Lake City are spending the week in Springdale visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Kendall Gifford. On their return home, Mr. Gifford will be inducted into the U. S. Army. Mr. and Mrs. Leaton Dennett of Cedar City spent Sunday with his mother, Mrs. Adelia Dennett. Miss Clara Ruesch returned home over the week end from Wyoming, where she has had employment em-ployment for the past several months. A party was given last Friday evening in the ward hall honoring honor-ing Gerald Gifford and Kelly Justett who will enter military service in the near future. Miss Peggy Bleak of St. George was a guest over the week end at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Ruesch. Wesley Dennett returned home Friday after spending the winter in Salt Lake City working. A number of people from Spring-dale Spring-dale attended the basketball games in Cedar City last Friday and Saturday evenings. Gordon Bench is home on furlough fur-lough from his military training post. . Mr. and Mrs. Sterling Seeg-miller Seeg-miller made a business trip to St. George Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Dennett, Mrs. Adelia Dennett and .Mrs. Nerissa Ruesch, spent Monday in St. George visiting and on business. busi-ness. The Springdale ward Relief Society So-ciety organization presented an excellent program last Sunday. Clarence Olsen spent last week home from Nevada, where he has employment. Clin Twitchell, who has employment employ-ment in Nevada, is here visiting his family. |
