Show Legion Provides Armistice Day Program Parade, Meeting, Sports, Kodeo and Dance Complete Day's Events The American Legion and Aux- Iiliary Lester Keate Post No. 90 are once again providing a full day of entertainment for Arm- istice Day of 1943. Stores and 1 schools have closed in cooperation I with day's activities. I Parade at 10:30 a.m., with I bands, Legionnaires, Scouts, school f groups, business house representa tives and others; a meeting at 11:15 a. m., in the Tabernacle, and a free show at the Wadsworth theatre for the children, filled the forenoon. 1 A rousing good Rodeo at 2:30 p.m., at the rodeo grounds and ' the evening dance will give people once again -much to remember on this anniversary of the signing of a truce a quarter century ago. People were out in throngs to participate and thus express appreciation ap-preciation to the Legion and Auxiliary Aux-iliary for their efforts in providing pro-viding a good program. |
