Show Hurricane North Ward Presents Special Program HURRICANE, Utah The Hurricane Hurri-cane North ward Primary presented pre-sented a special program last week as the concluding meeting of their summer program. Each department depart-ment was well represented. The Beginners group each recited re-cited a gem learned during the summer, and the first group sang and pantomimed, "The Sand Man Has Come". Zion's boys and girls, groups one and two- gave two very good rhythm band selections. There were two short playlets by the Seagulls and Larks, and Miss Lucy Ann Isom represented the Blue Birds with a piano solo. In the boys division the Blazers and Tfekers demonstrated in verse the purpose of Trail Builder work, and Mack Spendlove, representing rep-resenting the Guides gave a story on "Honesty". Four Trail Builders were graduated. From the officers' division, Mrs. Orval Webb spoke on the purpose and program of the children's Primary, and Edna Gibson talked on the children's hospital. Bishop Allen Stout welcomed the four graduated into the Aaronic Priesthood. |
