IN THE MATTER OF THE ) GENERAL DETERMTNA- ) TION OF RIGHTS TO THE ) USE OF ALL WATER, ) BOTH SURFACE AND ) UNDERGROUND, IN THE ) ESCALANTE VALLEY ) DRAINAGE AREA SOUTH ) OF THE TOWN OF OPAL, ) INCLUDING BUT NOT ) LIMITED TO PINTO ) CREEK, SHOAL CREEK ) AND TRIBUTARIES ) THERETO, AND THE ) BERYL AND MILFORD ) UNDERGROUND WATER ) AREAS. ) TO CLAIMANTS OF RIGHTS TO THE USE OF Esealanto Vol ley Drainage Area ' You are hereby notified that the above entitled action has been commenced for the general de-: de-: termination of rights to the use ' of the waters of said source, and pursuant to the provisions of Title 100, Chapter 4, Utah Code Annotated, 1943, as amended, the Court is proceeding to make a general determination of all rights in and to the use of the waters of said source. The necessary survey sur-vey is being made by the State Engineer, as required by law, to collect data for use in preparing his report, recommendations and proposed determination. In accordance with the provisions provis-ions of Section 100-4-5, Utah Code Annotated, 1943, as amended, you are required to file with the Clerk of the above entitled Court, within sixty (60) days after service of this Notice, if served upon you personally, otherwise within ninety (90) days after the first publication publica-tion hereof, a written statement of water user's claim, under oath, setting forth the facts relating to your rights in and to the waters wa-ters of said source, a blank form for which is furnished herewith. If this notice is served by publication, publi-cation, a blank form will be provided pro-vided by the Clerk of the District Dis-trict Court, or the State Engineer, upon request. If you fail to file your statement of claim within the time given, you will be forever for-ever barred and estopped from subsequently asserting any right to the use of the waters of Es-calante Es-calante Valley Drainage Area as more particularly described in the order filed herein March 31, 1942.
