Show Associated Civic Clubs To Hold Annual Meeting At Ephraim On Nov. 21st The annual election of officers of the Associated Civic clubs of Southern Utah will be held in Ephraim on Nov. 21st it was announced an-nounced this week by Chauncey Sandberg, Washington county representative rep-resentative to the club and vice president of the organization. Since this will be the last meeting meet-ing before gasoline rationing becomes be-comes effective, it is the hope of the dircetors that every county will be represented. In accordance with the program outlined, the new president of the organization for the coming year will be selected from one of the counties on Highway 91. Since this year is the year the Utah State Legislature is in session, ses-sion, it is pointed out that it is important that capable directors and officials of the organization be elecfed to carry on the work of the clubs. For this reason every county is urged to have representatives repre-sentatives at the meeting on Nov. 2slt. |
