Show Enterprise School News BY DOROTHY SIEYEKT Student Body Reporter The junior home economics class c-ave a fashion review for their mothers on March 13. The stage was lavLshlv decorted with man) flowers. A" program was given which consLsted of readings and musical numbers. After the program pro-gram they served refreshments to their mothers. In the fashion show they modeled model-ed dresses that they had made themselves. The review revealed excellent talent in dress making. On the afternoon of March Id the seventh, eighth and ninth grade bovs from Cedar challenged our boys' to a game of basketball on our school floor. The members of our student body were spectators specta-tors and showed plainly their interest in-terest and enjoyment in the games. By these games it was easily seen that both Enterprise and Cedar City have excellent chances of being "on top" in the basketball basket-ball seasons of future years. The results of Wednesday's games were: Seventh grade, 2-17, Cedar City; eighth grade, 10-18, Enterprise; ninth grade, 15-33, Enterprise. Out of the six games, three played here and three played in Cedar city, three were won by each school. Following the games, the seventh, eighth and ninth grade home economics girls served all the boys in their grades, from both schools, refreshments that they, themselves, had planned and prepared. |
