Show XOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, January 18, 1936. Notice is hereby given that G. W. Hail, St. George, Utah, has made application in accordance with the laws of Utah, to appropriate appro-priate 0.03 sec. ft. of water from Quail spring in Washington county, coun-ty, Utah. Said water will be diverted di-verted from January 1 to December Decem-ber 31 incl. of each year at point of issuance of said spring which bears N. 43 ft. and E. 1350 ft. from the E cor. Sec. 21, T. 3 9 S., R. 18 W., i3LB & M. and conveyed con-veyed by pipeline S000 ft. to the Hanberg mine in the Gold Strike mining district and there used for general mining purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office a File No. 1188S. Ail protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, shall be submitted submit-ted in affidavit form and in duplicate, dupli-cate, accompanied by a fee of $1.00 and filed in this office within 30 days 'after the completion of the publication of this notice.
