Show Lottie K. Taylor Dies At Home In Hew Harmony, Buried Friday NEW HARMONY, Utah Lottie Lot-tie K. Taylor, sixty-two, wife of James E. Taylor, died at her home here, Wednesday, October 20, after af-ter an illness of more than three months. Funeral services were held in the New Harmony meeting house on Friday, with George F. Prince presiding. A quartet composed of Mrs. Manning, Mrs- Bell Webster, Kenneth Macfarlane and Mr. Niely, all of Cedar City sang "I Need Thee Every Hour," "Sometime "Some-time We'll Understand," and "The Lord Is My Shepard." Prayer was offered by Orson Hammond; Speakers were Albert F. Mathis, Mrs. Donald Schmutz and Gilbert Leany. They all spoke of her outstanding out-standing character, her supreme devotion to her family, her ability to assist in sewing for the, needy and preparing clothes for burial, she being a lovely seamstress. The benediction was given by Andrew Schmutz and the grave in the local cemetery was dedicated by Bishop William Graff of Kanarraville. Mrs. Taylor is survived by her husband and the following children: child-ren: Orin Kelsey, Cedar City; Lester, Park City; Leland, Idaho; and Rulon, Warren and Golden Kelsey and Elsie Cornelius, all of New Harmony. |
