Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, December 24, 1936. Notice is hereby given that Bull Valley Gold Mines company, Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application in accordance with the laws of Utah to appropriate 1 sec. ft. of water from the East Fork of Beaver Dam Wash in Washington county, Utah. Said water will be diverted from January Jan-uary 1 to December 31, inclusive, inclus-ive, of each year at a point which bears N. 2784.94 ft. and W. 3172.87 ft. from U. S. Mineral Monument No. 250, which is lo-. cated N. 55 11' W. 952.38 ft. from the E& cor. Sec. 20, T. 39 S., R. 18 W., S. L. B. & M. The water will be conveyed by pipeline approximately 3950 ft. to the Bull Valley Gold Mine in the Goldstrike mining district, where it will be used for milling, mining, and incidental culinary purposes. This use will consume Vi sec. ft. of said water and sec. ft. will be returned to the natural stream at a point which bears S. 74 15' W. 1510 ft. from said Mineral Monument No. 250. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 12272. All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reasons therefor, shall be submitted in affidavit form and in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $1.00 and filed in this office within 30 days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
