Show Bunkerville, Nev. Mrs. Mary II. Leavitt Reporter Mr. Barratt. supervisor of the Seminary at Overton brought a group of his students and presented pre-sented a program in our Sacrament Sacra-ment meeting last Sunday. Five of the members gave talks and readings and two musical numbers num-bers were given. It was all well done and much appreciated. Mr. Barratt also gave a talk about the value of religious education for our young people. The adult class of the MI A. presented the program in the conjoint con-joint session last Sunday evening. even-ing. Mrs. Delias Barnum gave birth to a daughter on January 11, in Overton, but it died the same day and was brought here for burial. Her mother. Mrs. Mary Ellen Leavitt, Lea-vitt, went down to Ik- with her for a few days. Mrs. Myron Ilorsley has gone to Las Vegas for medical treatment. Warren Hardy went to Salt Lake City to take his son. Klwood. who has gone to learn the barber's bar-ber's trade. Dudley Leavitt, who is employed at Boulder Dam, spent a day here visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. D. H. leavitt. Many from here attended the funeral at Mesnuite of Mrs. Lois Lee Davis, who died in Denver, and was brought home for burial. |
