Show Hurricane Wins 10 To Place Second In Dixie District HURRICANE, Utah The current basketball season closed this week-end with Hurricane holding second place, with a record of 10 games won against two lost, both to" Dixie. In the game with Enterprise on Friday the locals won by the score of 2S-16. Enterprise was outclassed out-classed from the start, but kept fighting. Harvard Hinton led the scoring for the Tigers with five field goals, while D. Holt, Enterprise Enter-prise guard, contributed four field goals and a foul pitch to lead his team's scoring. The Hurricane guards. Warren Church and El-wood El-wood Reber, kept the Enterprise forwards well in check. Valley High Game The Hurricane team did its best scoring of the year in the final game of the season against Valley high on the latter's court Saturday night. The final score was 47-39 in Hurricane's favor. Hurricane took the lead early in the game and held it. Although Valley made it interesting all the way.
