Show TOQUERVILLE Friday afternoon Mrs. Martin Anderson entertained at a shower for her daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Earl. We have our chapter of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers or-ganizied or-ganizied and will hold our first meeting Friday, April 10 at 4 o'clock at the home of Captain Lorine r. Higbee. Mrs. Howard Bringhurst who has been quite sick the last week is improving. W. W. Tony and Harry Slack and son, George returned home Sunday after spendng a few days in Los Angeles. Bishop W. H. Slack returned home Tuesday after attending conference in Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Lyman Merrill and sons, Dick and Clark and Mrs. A. C. Newell arrived Sunday from Los Angeles to visit. Berdeen Batty, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Esbert Batty is improving improv-ing after a severe case of ton-silitis. |
