Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS OFFICE OF STATE ENGINEER State Engineer's Office, mi T.aVo Citv. Utah. May 8. 1936. NOTICE is hereby given that Margie Dalton, Leeds, Utah, has made application in accordance with the laws of Utah to appropriate appro-priate 0.02 sec. ft. of water from an unnamed spring in Washington Washing-ton county Utah. The water of said spring is diverted at its point of Issuance which bears S. 757 ft. and W. 173 5 ft. from the NE cor. of Sec. 5, T. 42 S., R. 14 W., S L B & M. and conveyed by pipe line approximately one-half mile to a galvanized tank of 6,000 gallon capacity which supplies a series of troughs used for public stockwaterlng purposes. It is proposed, pro-posed, by virtue of this Applied tion, to attach a puimp to the overflow from said tank and convey con-vey the surplus water, not to exceed ex-ceed 0.02 sec. ft., from January 1 to December 31 inclusive of each year, to the point of intersection inter-section of the Hurricane road with U. S. highway No. 91 and there use it for domestic purposes and to supply the traveling public. pub-lic. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 11996. All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reasons therefor, shall be submitted submit-ted in affidavit form and in duplicate, dup-licate, accompanied by a fee of $1.00 and filed in this office within with-in 30 days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
