Trumbull school, will return from his vacation Wednesday. Miss Maurir.e Nelson returned on Saturday and began her school Tuesday. December snow storms totaled 13'. inches, but so far this month the weather has been moderate, and the snow is melting rapidly. Mr. and Mrs. P. M. Iverson and Vernon and Lawrence Iverson Iver-son have gone to the Moapa valley val-ley to visit George C. Baldwin. James Bundy has made two trips to St. George for Red Cross flour. A dance was held at the school house Friday night in honor of Mr. and Mrs. George Alcorn, who were recently married. RECORD READY FOR DISTRIBUTION To assist the farmers of Utah in their record-keeping program for 1933 the extension service of the Utah state agricultural college col-lege hr.s just published a simple, yet adequate, farm account system sys-tem admirably adapted tc the needs of the average person. The new account book has been revised from the old edition which has served hundreds of men and women during the past two years. Before the new edition edi-tion was sent to press a careful check was made of the old account ac-count book by the agricultural economists and necessary changes chang-es were made to meet the requirements re-quirements that two years of experience ex-perience in the project demanded demand-ed of the authors. Some of the improvements found in the new book are pointed point-ed out as follows by Prof. Walter j U. Fuhriman, extension economist: econom-ist: "A more adequate and better bet-ter arranged financial summary with space for entering five year? results, a summary sheet of ef- j fieiency factors for five years, ! and a blank diagram for plotting plot-ting the farm. The milk production produc-tion record page has been revised re-vised and simplified and a milk record card for use in the barn has been published, separate from the account book. The summary of the production and saie of crops has been simplified and' more conveniently arranged and adequate space provided for recording re-cording the sale of individual crops".
