Show Local News Items H. T. Atkin and Orval Hafcn spent Wednesday at Glendale. Mrs. Lucille Pitchforth entertained enter-tained her music students at a sunrise breakfast on the black bill Thursday morning. Mr. and Mrs. Angus M. Woodbury Wood-bury and family and H. L. Reid, of Zion park, spent Wednesday evening in St. George. Mr. and Mrs. William Riding and baby .returned Wednesday from Salt Lake City where they spent a week. Mr. and Mrs. Reid Blake and baby, who have spent the last week on Cedar mountain, returned re-turned home Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs. Walter F. Smith and family returned Wednesday from Logan where they spent the last month. Mrs. Annie J. VanOrden who has spent the last three weeks in Salt Lake City, returned home Wednesday. Lindau Foremaster came in Wednesday from the ranch at Short Creek and will spend about a week here. Mrs. C. F. Foster, Jr., and family returned Friday from Enterprise En-terprise where they spent the last two weeks. Mrs. Erastus Gardner of Pine Valley arrived here Tuesday and will spend a week with, her mother, mo-ther, Mrs. Lena Crosby. Mrs. J. W. Chadburn and two children who have spent the last ten days visiting at Parowan, returned re-turned home Tuesday. ' Miss Theresa Pearce who has spent the past three weeks in Ogden visiting her sister, Mrs. W. L. Cox, returned home Tuesday, Tues-day, i Mr. and Mrs. Robert Chad-Tmrn Chad-Tmrn of St. Thomas came in Wednesday and will spend a two weeks' visit at the J. W. Chad-burn Chad-burn home. Miss Edna Snow who has spent the past year teaching at the B. Y. U., came in Monday and will visit for a few weeks with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jeter Snow. Miss Afton Bryner of Price spent Wednesday and Thursday here visiting relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Millard Watson of Cedar City spent Sunday here at the Whitehead home. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Higgins and two children of Spokane, Wash., arrived here Tuesday and will spend a few days visiting Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Higgins. Mrs. Joseph J. Milne left on Wednesday for the Grand Canyon Can-yon where she will spend a week visiting her daughter, Mrs. David Da-vid Lamoreaux. Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Leavitt and family of Bunkerville came in Tuesday and will spend a few days visiting Mrs. Juanita Pulsipher. Pul-sipher. The South ward Trail Builders class and their leaders, Mrs. Lucille Pitchforth and June Moody, had a sunrise breakfast at the water cress spring Monday Mon-day morning. Mr. and Mrs. Ross Douglass and two children who have spent the last three weeks here visiting Mr. and Mrs. F. G. Miles, returned Wednesday to their home at Long Beach. Mr. and Mrs. Harry E. Ryan and family and Miss Eva Ryan of Twin Falls, came in Sunday and will spend about a week vis iting Mrs. Ryan's mother, Mrs. Julia Graff. Mr. and Mrs. Jed T. Woolley, Jr., of Salt Lake City spent Sunday here visiting relatives. They were en route to their home from a tour of the parks.
