Show NINE I AM "A I j STUDENTS i ATTEND HISTORY MAKING SUMMER SESSION AT BYU ' St. George contributed nine students stu-dents toward the history-making ! enrollemnt at the 1935 summer ' ' session of Brigham Young uni- versity. The registration f near-: near-: ly 600 much exceeds any total reached in the past, according to i Registrar John E. Hayes. The students came from two foreign countries and twelve slates. The names of the St. George students are Naomi Cottam Carr, Lilliam C. Cox, Nellie Cox, Karl E. Fordham, Mar W. McGregor, Roxey Romney, Jack Spencer, Bry-on Bry-on H. Taylor, and Ezra Tobltr. The first term will end on July 19. That evening and the next day will be held the 2 4th Annual Timpanogos Hike, believed to ke the greatest community hike In the nation. On July 22 the second sec-ond or Alpine Term will begin. It is held at the rustic "study-camp" of Aspen Grove, nearly 7000 feet up among the woods of Mount Timpanogos. |
