Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, March 17, 1930. Notice is hereby given that Re?d Fuller, whose post office address ?s Leeds, Utah, has made appMca1 ion in accordance with the requirements require-ments of Sec. 8, Chapter 67, session ses-sion laws of Utah, 1919, to change the place of use of .17 c. f. r. ci water from Q;:aile Creek in Washington Wash-ington County, Utah. Heretofore said water was diverted at a point which bears 811 ft. S. and 291 ft. W. from the E cor. Sec. 36,. T. 40 S., R. 14 W., S. L. B. & M., and used for the irrigation of 9.5 acres of land embraced in the SWDSTE?4, SE&NW&, sec. 23, T. 41 S., R. 14 W., S. L. B. & M. It is now intended by the applicant to divert the water as heretofore and use for the irrigation of 9.5 acres of land embraced in the SWKSW, sec. 8, T. 41 S., R. , 13 W., S. L. B. & M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as File No. a-1102. All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the pub lication of this notice.
