Contracts are being be-ing signed and the preliminary list of teachers for 1930-31 will soon be ready for publication. Last year's record showed 33 1-3 per cent turn over. Mr. Moody also reports the state tests in grades five to nine are being conducted this week covering cover-ing practically all subjects. These items come as reminders that the school year is fast drawing to a close. School principals of the county met for their regular monthly session ses-sion at the superintendent's office last Friday afternoon. The time was spent reviewing the necessary work in connection with the closing clos-ing of schools an making up of final reports. - |
