Show VEYO yEYO, April 14. Mr. Kenfield and Mr. Crow of the A. T. & T. have moved their families here from St. George. There have been several cases of mumps in town the past few weeks, but all are improving. The Misses Verna and Dorothy Leavitt and Metta Bowler of the Dixie College spent the week eud at home. The weather this month has been warm and pleasant until the past few days. Mrs. Annie Miller and daughters, daugh-ters, Mrs. Mary Wagner and baby, Mrs. Rachel Cones and baby, and Mrs. Rosland Cannon spent Saturday Sat-urday afternoon visiting at the home of James F. Cottam. Mrs. Fred Chadburri has gone to St. George for an indefinite stay. Mrs. James R. Bunker has gone to Gunlock to stay with the children chil-dren of her sister, Mrs. Martineau, while the latter is in St. George under the doctor's care. A number of our townspeople attended at-tended the junior prom in St. George Friday evening. The first year class of the Dixie College enjoyed a swimming party at the Dixie Hot Springs Saturday Satur-day night. |
