The wife and children have gone to Cedar lint your correspondent has not learned learn-ed whether the remains will be hrought here lor burial or not. Deep sympathy is felt for the bereaved family. Funeral services were held here Sunday afternoon for the six-year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph T. Wilkinson Wilk-inson of Cane Beds, Ariz. There was quite a large attendance, showing the high esteem the family who were formerly of this place were held in. Much sympathy is felt for the bereaved bereav-ed family. Between sixty and seventy members mem-bers of our ward attended the stake conference at St. George, Sept. 20 and 21, and all greatly appreciated the splendid talks given. Sam Dodge of Toquerville passed through here on his way from the dry farm at Little creek and states that cattle had taken all of his corn crop. Albert Stratton expects to go to St. George Tuesday, taking with him Mrs. Ellen Spendlove and daughter, the latter for medical aid. , Albert Petty's son and daughter and families are here visiting their father. Bishop Slack of Tociuerville was here on business today. |
