Show JOSECO. NEVADA Joseco, Nev., June 25. All the men of the town are turning out tomorrow to-morrow to work on the Utah-Nevada short cut road. They expect to be gone about a week and complete the road so wagons can go over it with a fair load. They expect to meet some men from the Beaver Dam wash and Ash springs who are coming com-ing to help build the road. Bert Snow arrived here from St. George a few days' ago. He came out over the Utah-Nevada short cut driving some bulls he bought from George W. Hail. Lamond C. Woods and sons have been doing quite a lot of improving on his home and lands. Lyman Woods is shingling his house. The young people of Joseco attended attend-ed a dance given in honor of Miss Edwards and Miss Mathews, who are here visitine from Pannca Misses Margaret and Litia Simp-kins Simp-kins have been visiting in Enterprise and with Sullivans, returning yesterday. yester-day. Chas. R. Sullivan was at the Forks on business a few days ago. He says Martie Larson has a good fruit crop. Chas. R. Sullivan and family were visitors in Joseco yesterday, returning return-ing to ther ranch today. Mrs. William Mathews, Ross and Ester were in from their ranch yesterday, yes-terday, visiting. We are planning to have a fine rodeo here on the 24th of July. Dan Eardley left for his home at the Forks yesterday. |
