Show COONCIL LISTS SCHEDULE FOR LMFJMS First of Local Encounters Set for January 6 for High School and for January 27 and 2S in College The schedule of the league basketball games for the 1933 reason, has been arranged by coaches and officials of the divisions, di-visions, and is announced this week. Locally, practice is being held, daily, and this week the high school line-up is on a practice trip to the northern part of the state, the schedule calling for meetings with high schools of Minersville, Nephi, Springville and Beaver. The first of the college games will be the meeting of Dixie and B. A. C. at Cedar City on January Jan-uary 13 and 14. Coach Tuff Lin-ford Lin-ford has a formidable line-up of stars working out this year and holds high hopes of winning the championship which Dixie picked off last year. However, Coach Lee Hafen of Dixie assures the fans that he is again managing an unbeatable squad. The schedules for the division games follow: College January 13 and 14 Dixie at B. A. C. . In case of such forfeit, the visiting team is required re-quired to pay the home team $30. That the fee for officiating be $4 instead of $5. That the official refereeing the ball game be the representative of the visiting team, and that the umpire be the representative of the home team. |
