Show NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS State of Utah, Office of State Road Commission. Salt Lake City, Utah, January 6, 1927. Sealed bids will be received by the Slate Road Commission of Utah, State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, at 2 o'clock p. m. Friday, January 21st, 1927, and at that time publicly opened for Construction of two reinforced rein-forced concrete T-Beam bridges and one reinforced concrete box culvert, the same being Federal Aid Project No. Sl-C-2 between Rockville and Dalton Wash in Washington County. The principal items of work are approximately ap-proximately as follows: 457 cu. yds. Structural Excavation; 592 cu. yds. Concrete; 114,523 lbs. reinforcing steel and 12 Expansion units. Plans and specifications are on file in the office of the State Road Commission, Com-mission, Salt Lake City, where they may be reviewed by prospective bidders. bid-ders. Specifications, Proposal, Bidding Bid-ding Blanks and Plans will he furnished fur-nished on depositing $5.00, which will he returned, providing contractor contrac-tor submits a bid and returns both plans and specifications within seven days after bids are received. Any additional information may be secured secur-ed at the office of the Utah State Road Commission. Each bidder must accompany his bid with a letter let-ter from an approved surety company com-pany stating that said surety company com-pany will provide said bidder with a bond equal to the total amount of the hid. The right to reject any or all bids is reserved. Cash or certificate check for One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars. ($1,500.00) made payable to the Utah State Road Commission must accompany each bid as evidence of good faith and as a guarantee that if , awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and give bond as required.
