Dainty refreshments were served. Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Sorenson and sons, Kerry and Kim, of Aurora, spent Tuesday evening and Wednesday of last week visiting with Mr. and Mrs. John Susacta and family. Mr. and Mrs. Donald G. Reid enjoyed dinner and visited with Mrs. Keid's mother, Mrs. Dor-lesca Dor-lesca Kenner of Salt Lake City Tuesday evening. Muss Maurine Morley, senior student at Westminster College is enjoying her spring vacation with her parents this week. She will return to school April 4th. WW WW w Civic Club members attending the Central District, Utah Federation Fed-eration of Women's Clubs annual convention which was held at Midvalo on Saturday, March 27 were Mrs. Hermine Feraco, Mrs. Dawna Huebner, Mrs. Selena Nerdin, Mrs. MaRee Nelson, Mrs, Agnes Steele, Mrs. Agnes Johnston, Mrs. Ada Carrigan, Mrs. Ada Curtis, Mrs. Sadie Swainston, Mrs. Eva WaUon and Mrs. Nell Peterson. The district convention is to be held at Bingham Bing-ham next year. Four University of Utah students stu-dents from Bingham will be members of the 28-member cast presenting the annual spring dance concert at the University of Utah April 10-17. Dancers from Bingham include Pat Ab-lett, Ab-lett, Jeniel Boren, Denny Sim-kins Sim-kins and Gerrie Shilling, The U of U dance organization, Orchesis is producing the show. Walter Blundell, home on leave from the navy, visited several sev-eral days this week with his sis-! ter and brotiier in law, Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Anderson. He left yesterday, Thursday, to report to San Diego, Calif., where he will uttend electronic school. Mrs. Harold Chesler entertained entertain-ed last Friday night lor mem- Cpl. and Mrs. Billy uoren ana daughter Becky Jo are home on a la-day leave which they are spending with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Boren and family of Bingham and Mr. and Mrs. H. K. Nutall of Salt Lake City and other relatives and friends. At the end of their leave they will return to Camp Jackson, North Carolina. Mrs. Clive Siddoway was hostess hos-tess to nine members of No. 2 Fire auxiliary on Monday evening. even-ing. Mr. and Mrs. Donald G. Reid entertained at dinner Sunday for Mr. and Mrs. Neldon Reid Bishop Bish-op and children, Donal Reid, Debra and Diana, of Orem. Afterwards Af-terwards all attended church. There will be no Relief Society meetings in any ward in We9t Jordan Stake next Tuesday due to general conference. The stake combined chorus will participate in the conference. All member are urged to attend or listen to the conference on TV. |
