Said water wa-ter will be diverted ait two points as follows: No. 1, in Section 24, T. 39 S., R. 9 W., at the junction point of Hay Canyon Creek and North Fork of the Virgin river, this being at the center of the NW'i said section. No. 2, in sec. 13, T. 39 S., R. 9 W., at the junction point of North Fork of Virgin river and stream entering from west at SE cor. NWiVi said sec. 13. After having been so diverted di-verted the water will be conveyed con-veyed an aggregate distance ol 10,000 teat, where It will be used from January 1st to December De-cember 31st, incl. of each year for culinary, steam, power, condensing con-densing purposes and miscellaneous miscellan-eous camp uses in the Cannel coal mine In an Unamed Coal Mining District.. This use will consume 2 c. f. s. of water. The remaining 8 c. f. s. of water will be returned to the natural channel chan-nel of North Fork of Virgin river at the SW cor. sec. 24. T. 3 9 S., R. 9 W., S. L. B. & M. This application Is designated in the State Engineer's Ofilce as File No. 11190. All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application stating the reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied accompan-ied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after completion of the publication of this notice.
