Hail, manager of the Naquinta Cattle Company, of St. George, Washington Wash-ington County, State of Utah, on the 20th day of October, 1924, filed in this office application to select under the act of Congress approved July 17th, 1S54 entitled "An Act to authorize auth-orize the President of the United States to cause to be surveyed the tract of land in the Territory of Minnesota belonging to the Half-Breed Half-Breed or Mixed Bloods of the Dacotah or Sioux Nations of Indians and for other purposes" the following follow-ing described land: Beginning North 11091 feet and West 4S67 feet at a point described as being (N23-42' (N23-42' W 12,130.00) feet from the corner cor-ner common to Sections 1-2-3 5 and 36 of Townships 37 and 38 North, Range 11 West, Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, in Mohava County, Coun-ty, State of Arizona, which point is known as Corner No. 1; thence running run-ning West 1320 feet to corner No. 2; tnence .orth 1320 feet to corner No. 3; thence East 1320 feet to corner No. 4; thence South 1320 feet to corner cor-ner No 5 which is identical with corner cor-ner No. 1 and containing 4 0 acres of land. Any person claiming the land applied ap-plied for adversely to applicant, or desiring to show its mineral character, charact-er, will file his objections to this application ap-plication with the Register and Receiver of the United States Land Office at Phoenix, Arizona, not later than the 2nd day of May 1925. establishing estab-lishing his interest in the said land, or showing the mineral character thereof.
