Show LEHI SELLS BONDS, CONTRACTS CON-TRACTS FOR MUNICIPAL POAVER Lehi- Plans for the installation of the municipal lighting plant at Lehi are materializing rapidly. The Utah Power and Light company was officially notified to disconnect its power lines from the street lighting system to facilitate the removal of poles, brackets, shades and other lighting fixtures. At a special council meeting contracts con-tracts were let to the Mine & Smelter Supply company, and to the Intor-mountain Intor-mountain Electrical company, both of Salt Lake, for insulators, screws, wire, bolts, braces, cross arms, etc'. Contracts for the machinery and other oth-er materials had been previously let. Mayor Joseph Boardbent, and city treasurer, Martini Bull, went to Salt Lake and signed for tho bonds which are being purchased by the Central Trust company. The money is do-posited do-posited in tho local bank. A site for the plant has boon purchased pur-chased from the Salt Lake & Ulah railroad company.
