Show GEORGE HIGGINS DIES AT FILLMORE George H. Higgins died Monday night in Fillmore, according to word received by his brother, Attorney W. B. Higgins, who was in St. George attending district court. George Higgins was the son of Dr. Silas G. Higgins, who practiced his profession for many years in St. George and was one of the best known physicians in southern Utah in his day. Deceased was born in St. George on February 23, 1869, and resided here until about 10 years ago, when he moved to Fillmore. He is survived by his widow and two young children, five brothers, Frances and Attorney C. G. Y. Higgins of Los Angeles. W. B. of Fillmore, Erastus and Cyrus; four sisters, Mrs. Josephine DeMill of Rockville, Mrs Evadean Littledyke of Fillmore, Mrs. Mae Sullivan of Elberta, Utah, Mrs. Lettie Chancellor of Milford, and three half brothers, Edgar of Salt Lake, Nephi and Anthony An-thony of Los Angeles. |
