Show SANTA CLARA Miss .Emma Gubler who is teaching school at Motoqua, had the misfortune misfor-tune to get her elbow out of place. She is spending a few days here with her parents. While George E. Tobler was pruning prun-ing trees last week his ax got caught causing it to fall and cut his foot severely. He is improving slowly. Miss Grace Tobler and LeGrand Pendleton came down last Sunday from Cedar City to see Miss Tobler's father, who got his foot cut. The children of Mrs. Christian Stucki pleasantly surprised her last -Saturday with a party, the occasion being her birthday. President E. M. Jenson of the Dixie Dix-ie College gave a splendid sermon in our sacrament meeting last Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Gray have returned re-turned to Central after visiting here for some time. Alfred and Ether Stucki spent the week end here, visiting from Cedar ; City. . ; Frank Reber left for Cedar City yesterday where he has employment. |
