| Show Concert set for singer accompanist ROOSEVELT ROOSEVELT-A musical recital by soprano Julia Clayton with accompany accompany- ment by Ren Anderton will be h held ld Nov 4 at 8 pm at the Union High School auditorium The event is sponsored by the Roosevelt West Church stake The pair will perform compositions by Rossini Wolf Chausson Bizet Ned Roren Verdi and Turin Turina No admission will be charged although parents are encouraged not to bring children under age eight Mrs Clayton Is studying for a masters master's degree in vocal performance at the University of utah under the tutelage of Naomi Farr Mrs Clayton has given solo performances with the University of Utah choir the Utah Chorale and the University of Utah symphony Anderton is an accompanist with the the Utah Opera Company He has also ac- ac accompanied accompanied companied audition performers for the Metropolitan Opera Company New NewYork NewYork York He is on the music faculty of College Col- Col College lege of Western Wyoming Rock Springs |
