E Cook Associate Director for Park System Management The Lake Powell Ferry Service operates the marina and campground at Halls Crossing located near the middle of Glen Canyon National Recreation Area and the northern point of Lake Powell THE TilE HALLS Crossing representative listed several complaints involving lack of action by the Park Service to approve a master plan for the area of franchise fees the need for operating contracts of longer terms and necessary joint use of utility services for sewage and power After a lengthy discussion of problems from both sides Senator Moss requested that a U.
