A Chamber road committee committee committee com com- chairman was in charge of the event Francis Francl Feltch member of state road commission conducted the road ceremony Speakers at the program were Blaine Kay state highway engineer who told of the background of the tile road program Unexplained the j f sands for the surfacing of the new road Ken Chamber president gave a few remarks in the absence of Governor Clyde and Gordon Harmston Mayor Alvin Kay of Vernal City told toM of the many benefits of the new road Bert L L.
