Show Yates were Wednesday afternoon guests of Mrs. Mel Allen of Sandy. San-dy. (Mr. and Mrs. Howard Harker and family left Monday on a week's trip to Oregon. home with Mr. and 'Mrs. Merrill Bolton and family, Jimmy and Susan, moved into Salt Lake City Saturday to make their home. Mrs. Daley is the former Merrilyn Bolton. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Gee of Murray visited with Mr. and Mrs J. W. Johnson and family recently. re-cently. Mr. an J Mrs. Kermith Isbell are enjoying a few days of fishing fish-ing at Fish Lake. Sunday guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Elvin Arrnitstead were Mr, and Mrs. Dean Lewis and sons, Rickie and Billy, of Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Griggs and children, Stephanie and Jimmy Jim-my Jay, of Midvale were Sunday visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Elvin Arrnitstead and family. Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Christen-sen Christen-sen of Salt Lake City were dinner din-ner guests Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Angus Christen-sen. Christen-sen. Arthur Boyd of Lark spent a few days with Bobby Davis of Copperton. Mr. and Mrs. Elmo Hunter of American Fork spent Tuesday visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Angus Christensen. 1 Tuesday guest of Mr. and Mrs. j Dean Malan and son Tracy was Lew Pilkington of Salt Lake City. Mrs. Clinton Poulson spent an enjoyable week with her daughter daugh-ter and son in law, Mr. and Mrs. William Russell and family of Salt Lake City. Saturday guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dave Stoker and family were Mr. and Mrs. Howard How-ard E. North and Mr. North's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Anderson, and Jerry Soduman. Marjorie Sax returned home Monday from a two weeks' vacation va-cation to California. Mr. and Mrs. George Abplan-alp Abplan-alp and son David spent Sunday on a fishing trip. . Mrs. William Peterson, Mrs. R. L. Mrs. Yates is spending a week with Mr. and Mrs. Martin Jensen. Mr. and Mrs. Ronald (Ball and family, Randy and Ronda Jean, of Midvale visited with Mr. and Mrs. George Anderson Wednesday Wednes-day evening. Mr. and Mrs. Ball and son Randy and Mrs. Anderson Ander-son attended the LDS road show which was held in the Copper-ton Copper-ton wardhouse. Mr. and Mrs. Tory Tobiason left last Friday for a visit with their daughter Lorraine who is attending the University of Washington. Mrs. Delana Long entertained at a patio party for her Sunday School class. Attending were Marjorie Garrett, Christine Winn, Claudia Long, Sherry Olsen, Sharon Stoker, Gloria Nafus, Jimmy Granquist, Dennis West and Gerald Peterson. A wonderful wonder-ful time was had by all. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Jones of Magna and Ferris: Jones of California Cali-fornia visited with Parley Jones and Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Johnson and family, Bdbbie Lee and Johnny, John-ny, Wednesday evening. Jack, Ferris and Parley are brothers. The annual road show of the LDS church was presented at the Copperton, Lark, Herriman and Bingham Wards Wednesday evening. ev-ening. The Copperton group who were under the direction of Mrs. Bernice Foster, Mrs. Betty Winn and Mrs. Elva Jensen presented these three wornen with lovely corsages of red roses before the show began. The groups which included Copperton, Lark, Herri-man, Herri-man, Bingham, West Jordan First, West Jordan Second, Riv-erton Riv-erton First, Riverton Second, South Jordan and Bluffdale, presented pre-sented their acts at the lower ward last night, Thursday.
