Show REPORTS ROAD IN GOiCONDITION Forest Supervisor Dana Parkinson was in town Monday and he, with Dr. Clark, R. S. Poulson and others mado a trip up tlio canyon to inspect th'o now road, Hansen's care and tho Tim-pnnogos Tim-pnnogos trail. They report the load is now completed up to the baso of tho mountain and that It is in good condition. Thoy also report that an excellent ex-cellent trail up TImpanogos In under construction and will bo complotod by July 8th', when tho N. E. A. will visit tho canyon. Tho trail Is three fcot wldo all the way up and will only bo about two miles In length', and will bo easily climbed by women na well aa men. Thoy visited Hansen's cavo and Mr. Parkinson statos that about $50 will bo spent on a trail up to it. Everything Every-thing will bo finished and put Into ex. collont sli'apo for the N. E. A. and all othor aummor tourists. Tho feeding of the tourists has boen givon to Mr. Arthur Paltridgc, manager man-ager of tho local bakery. Work commenced on tho building of th'o Commercial club houaos, camps, tables, ota., July 1st and thoy also will bo completod boforo the big hike. - |
