support legislation providing for access roads and the establishment of a headquarters in colorado our support of these features is contingent upon adoption of our recommendations concerning the blue Moun mountain taip loop road and boundary boun aary extensions we believe that a loop road connecting the canyon section of the monument and dinosaur quarry would facilitate travel and add new scenic
