Show LPG STORAGE TANK FOR LAPOINT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Provide and install one ( 1 ) new Liquified Propane Gas Tank, 12,000 to 15,000 water gallon capacity, designed, fabricated and labeled in accordance to the ASTM VIII, Division I code for Unfired Pressure Vessels. The working pressure of the tank shall be 250 psi. As an alternate to the new tank requirement, a used tank will be considered. con-sidered. The used LPG tank shall be of capacity and working pressure equivalent to the new tank requirements and must comply with the State of Utah Boiler and Pressure ' Vessel Safety Regulations. The used tank is to be labeled and certified in accordance ac-cordance with the above stated regulations. The tank shall be completely com-pletely fitted for liquid loading and unloading, for liquid and gas service to the facility. The following items are to be part of this tank bid package: visual level indicator, safety relief valve and fittings, liquid li-quid fill connection, liquid line to vaporizers, valves on all lines, direct vapor connection and valve, steel hinged cover with hasp lock for above item, tank rigging legs, sand blasting after fabrication and application ap-plication of red oxide primer, and 3 coats of exterior ex-terior 6200 Alkyd enamel paint by Ameritone Paints or equalivant enamel paint after installation. All work relating to the fabrication and installation installa-tion of the tank or related items shall be done in accordance ac-cordance with all local, state and federal governing govern-ing codes and regulations. Bidder to specify earliest delivery date. The School Board reserves the right to accept ac-cept or reject any or all proposals or waive any informality in-formality in a proposal.
