Show Whiteroclcs Virginia Ferguson Pnone 353-4584 Daughter goes to visit parents Cynthia Bagley drove to Provo for a short visit with her parents, Dean and Coena Bagley while they were visiting there. Clay Simmons, son of Don and Ed-nal Ed-nal Simmons, and his son, Shaun, spent one day last week with his parents. Clay is currently living in Rock Springs, Wyo. Ednal Simmons drove to Salt Lake Last Saturday to treat daughters, Karissa Simmons and Uleeta Mullins, and grandchildren, Duffy Simmons and Byron Mullins, to a day at the Salt Lake Zoo. Sherry Kay Rasmussen was a Memorial weekend visitor with her mother, Kay Rasmussen. Kay Rasmussen's brother-in-law, Clyde Rasmussen, his wife, son Allen and daughter Jeanette and her son Calvin of Lehi, were Memorial weekend visitors and overnight guests of Kay Rasmussen. Muriel Moosman enjoyed a Memorial Day visit from her brother, Vance Prescott and wife, of Emmett, Idaho and also her sister, Fanny Williams and husband Abe Williams of Park City. John and Cherie Dickey and their five children drove to Salt Lake City last week and then on to St. George where they stayed over the Memorial Day weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Deets and Mr. and Mrs. Michael Deets of Eager, Ariz., and their daughter, Christi Lynn, were visitors at the Stan Hoopes, Sr. home for a combined visiting and fishing trip. Jove Lynne graduated from Vernal Jr. High School. She is the daugther of Stan and Mary Lynn Hoopes. She is now in Arizona visiting friends in Heber and Pinetop and will stay for a couple of months. Julie Hoopes Gates graduated from Union High School. She was also graduated from LDS seminary. Stewart and Becky Morrill and three children were Memorial Day visitors at the home of their parents, D. Blayne Morrill. While there they enjoyed a family dinner which included Bart and Michele Morrill and their children. Johnny Arrowchis drove to Carson, Colo., for the National Guard annual training. The training was to last two weeks, but after 1'2 weeks, Governor Matheson called the National Guard back to Utah to make themselves available to help in case of flooding in their home areas. Rose Ferguson of Spanish Fork, mother of Carol Helquist, will spend the summer months with her daughter and husband. Kathy and Reed Pierce and children spent the Memorial weekend with Kathy's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Helquist. Besides visiting with their parents, they spent some time fishing. Toni and Joe Weaver and children, Kelly Jo, Joe, Beau and Cody, spent the Memorial weekend with Stan and LaRae Hoopes. |
