Show Whiteroclu I Virginia Ferguson I I Phone 353-4584 J Parents receive weekend visitors John and Jamie Hansen visited his parents, Aaron and Myrtle Hansen, over the weekend. Carol Rasmussen and two children, Clinton and Gordon, were weekend visitors with sister-in-law Kay Rasmussen. Sherry Kay Rasmussen visited home folks over the Easter weekend. Sherry Kay Rasmussen spent 11 days in Hawaii in the month of March, returning retur-ning home with many pictures which she exhibited to her family at a family get-together get-together at Kay Rasmussen's home. Included In-cluded in this family reunion were her eight brothers and sisters and their families. The George Tapoof funeral was held Saturday in the LDS Chapel. The burial was in Ft. Duchesne. Matt and Virginia Ferguson drove to Denver over the Easter weekend for a visit with their son, Bruce, and his wife, Donna. While there they were in a three-day three-day blizzard and were glad to leave that winter weather and come home to spring. Joe and Wanda Roberts of American Falls, Idaho were weekend visitors with their daughter and son-in-law, LeAnne and Alan Haslam. Also visiting the Haslams were Judy Adams of Eckert, Colo., and three sons, David, Travis and Monte. Bob and Betty King drove to Manti to ' visit his parents, Lionel and Alice King, also his brothers, Fred R. King, and Marion S. King, and their families. Stan Hoopes, Jr., is organizing a scout troop. The boys are aged 11-14 and at the present time he has five boys enrolled. Bernice Ainge was feted at a birthday i dinner at the Golden Corral in Vena! j Present were daughter, Cherie and JoM Dickey, George Gross, Mrs. Ainge5 brother, and his wife, Joan, of Jens , Heidi Paulson gained a spot on to , . Knowledge Bowl at Todd SchooL" ,. children from each grade at Elementary competed and ans questions for their positions. ; children then competed in Vernal vre . , they won the first round, and then w i the second round. j ! |
